Ingredients
for 2-3person
4eggs, 300g rice, 100g chicken, half an onion, one green pepper, 4tbsp ketchup, 2tbsp chopped parsley, 2tbsp milk, 1tbsp butter, salt, pepper, oil.
How to make
- Cut chicken into 1.5cm cubes. Mince onion and green pepper.
- Put butter in a pan and put the pan on middle heat.
- After the butter melt, put chicken, onion and green pepper in the pan and stir-fry them.
- If the chicken gets right brown, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add rice.
- Stir-fry loosening rice and add ketchup and parsley.
- Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk and salt. Whisk them well.
- Put a pan on middle heat and pour 2tsp oil. Pour 1/2 amount of egg mixture onto the pan, spread out, and scramble the middle part of it.
- Put off the fire when eggs become half-done. Put 1/2 amount of ketchup rice on the front side of the pan (on the egg). Fold back the other side of egg on the ketchup rice with a turner.
- Serve the omelet rice on a plate and arrange the shape of it like a rugby ball. Put ketchup on it.
