4eggs, 300g rice, 100g chicken, half an onion, one green pepper, 4tbsp ketchup, 2tbsp chopped parsley, 2tbsp milk, 1tbsp butter, salt, pepper, oil.

How to make

  1. Cut chicken into 1.5cm cubes. Mince onion and green pepper.
  2. Put butter in a pan and put the pan on middle heat.
  3. After the butter melt, put chicken, onion and green pepper in the pan and stir-fry them.
  4. If the chicken gets right brown, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add rice.
  5. Stir-fry loosening rice and add ketchup and parsley.
  6. Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk and salt. Whisk them well.
  7. Put a pan on middle heat and pour 2tsp oil. Pour 1/2 amount of egg mixture onto the pan, spread out, and scramble the middle part of it.
  8. Put off the fire when eggs become half-done. Put 1/2 amount of ketchup rice on the front side of the pan (on the egg). Fold back the other side of egg on the ketchup rice with a turner.
  9. Serve the omelet rice on a plate and arrange the shape of it like a rugby ball. Put ketchup on it.
