2 piece of yellowtail, water 150ml, [sauce: 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp rice wine, 2tbsp sweet rice wine, 1tbsp sugar], salt, soft-wheat flour, 1/2tbsp oil
How to make
- Sprinkle salt on the fish and leave them for 30 minutes. Wash the fish and wipe the moisture off the fish.
- Dust the fish with flour.
- Mix the ingredients of sauce.
- Put a pan on middle heat and apply oil to it. Grill the fish in the pan.
- Wipe off excess oil with paper towels and put the sauce in the pan.
- Turn the heat up and boil down the sauce until the bubbles become bigger.
- Serve the fish with sauce.

・Ingredients suitable for Teriyaki→chickens, swordfish, mackerel, horse mackerel
・rice wine→white wine
・sweet →rice wine (or white wine) +sugar or honey
