Recipe for Teriyaki of yellowtail

for 2-3person
2 piece of yellowtail, water 150ml, [sauce: 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp rice wine, 2tbsp sweet rice wine, 1tbsp sugar], salt, soft-wheat flour, 1/2tbsp oil

How to make

  1. Sprinkle salt on the fish and leave them for 30 minutes. Wash the fish and wipe the moisture off the fish.
  2. Dust the fish with flour.
  3. Mix the ingredients of sauce.
  4. Put a pan on middle heat and apply oil to it. Grill the fish in the pan.
  5. Wipe off excess oil with paper towels and put the sauce in the pan.
  6. Turn the heat up and boil down the sauce until the bubbles become bigger.
  7. Serve the fish with sauce.

Ideas for replacement of ingredients

・Ingredients suitable for Teriyaki→chickens, swordfish, mackerel, horse mackerel

・rice wine→white wine

・sweet →rice wine (or white wine) +sugar or honey
